The price of a full grooming service includes bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming and ear cleaning.
Payment is cash only.
De-matting is an additional service and is charged according to the hourly rate stated in the price list.
The prices in this list are based on the average amount of time required by the groomer to complete each service, assuming that the dog is of standard size for its breed (according to the FCI breed standard) and is groomed regularly: hand-stripped at least every 10 weeks, clipped every 8 weeks, and professionally brushed out at least 4 times a year.
If a bath is booked between full grooming appointments, regular clients receive a discount on the bath-only service.
If a dog is not collected at the agreed time, an additional fee based on the groomer’s hourly rate may be charged. Clients are informed of the collection time either at the beginning of the appointment or by phone approximately 30 minutes before the service is completed. We do not provide a dog-sitting or daycare service after the grooming appointment has finished.
Appointments are available between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. The last appointment of the day is scheduled so that the service is completed no later than 6:00 p.m. The salon is open only while grooming services are being carried out.
We do not accept aggressive dogs.
